Service personnel were great. However, it took over three weeks to get an appointment to repair all warning lights, power steering, ESC and all wheel drive.. I was told it was safe to drive. However it was difficult to drive with no power steering. Repairs took five days. I'm looking for another vehicle.

Specifically asked for 38 in each tire of my Acadia as that is what the TIRE manufacturer wants and me. This was ignored by the counter person as I now have 4 tires underinflated. The counter person did not seem to care anything about what the customer wanted or said. I can only hope that the people actually working on my vehicle did better, even though they didn't on my tire pressure

Terrible! They had my car for a month, every week I got a call/ text saying my vehicle should hopefully be done by that week, never was! I feel like I was always getting the run around and because we paid upfront, they just dragged out fixing my vehicle as long as they could. I finally got my vehicle a month later and it’s still not running properly! I also was told we would be credited a certain amount and only received half of that. The estimate I received at first doesn’t match the one I picked up when I got vehicle. I will NEVER take my vehicle back here again! Absolutely unacceptable service!

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Inspection showed no issues. I didn't even get home and a tire sensor light came on. Upon calling I was told tech maybe didn't recalibrate it. Took it back in this morning and was told it wouldn't calibrate and needed new sensor. But when I looked out in the shop area my car was still sitting exactly where I left it when I pulled in. It was obvious no one had even looked at it. Another $156 out the windows when I was just there yesterday and there were no issues. Every time I take my car in they manage to find something wrong. I wont be back

Service dept is pretty good , I am a little upset that I could not use the warranty that I was pressured to buy when I bought my car , I spent a lot on that warranty . Did not have to use it till now but it expired but under mileage . Not happy about that . Especially when I told the salesmen no I did not want it . So I wasted all that money . Very disappointed . I am a loyal Chevy driver .

I’ll NEVER bring my car for service at this location EVER AGAIN I was talked to rudely my car was at the shop from 8am-4pm WITHOUT BEING SERVICED I already paid for diagnostics on my car in April now I’m told I have to pay another diagnostic fee on top of the repair that IVE BEEN REQUESTING FROM THE BEGINNING ILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH THIS PLACE

Good morning, After reviewing your previous visit in April I see where you were charged for an ECM update and diagnosis for the check engine light concern and it looks like for the A/C concern, the tech found the system was empty with refrigerant. The techs recommendation at that time was to start with an evacuation and recharge the system and it was declined at that time. I don't see where there was a charge for inspecting the A//C system. I do apologize for any miscommunication that you may have received. We would like to have a better understanding about your experience. Service area person was very cordial and met me as I pulled into the service bay. He took my key and stated it may take up to an hour to fix the recalled part. I went to the lounge and had a cup of coffee that was pretty good. In about a half hour he returned and said the car was good to go and there was no charge as it was a recall. I had to give the recall service statement and amount to bill to the payment office, The ladies at the payment window were also very cordial.

We had stopped in looking at used trucks when Jason (JD) came out to talk to us. After a short conversation, we were looking at new trucks. I sat down in the lube waiting area and read the local newspaper provided by Heritage Chevrolet. The time went by very fast and Toby said my car was ready and he thanked me for coming in. The payment office young lady was very nice and pleasant and I asked her how many points I had accumulated, and she told me. She thanked me for coming in and off I went after paying the bill. As always, I left the area feeling comfortable with the customer service I had received.

An AC issue was reported in November 2024. The AC system was reviewed and apparently fixed in May 2025 but two days later this didn’t work again. The issue was reported and fixed again but a similar to the previous one happened again, the system didn’t work after a couple of days. A third repair happened early July, my car stayed in the shop for three weeks, fortunately, after this time, the issue was solved and the AC system worked properly again. My concern about this repair is that this took three visits to the service department and three weeks for the final repair. Probably, the initial review and diagnosis for the issue identification was not correct. It is importante to improve this process to be more efficient for the business and for the customers. On the other hand, I want to recognize the support provided by the service technician who got me a car for two weeks, during the time may car was in the shop.

My truck was only in the shop 6 minutes. That is no long enough to do all the checks and drain all the dirt used oil out. I will go back chance my own oil so I can let it drain longer, and get ALL the dirty used oil out.

I had a shock that failed at 5,000 miles on my new truck. When I called to make an appointment to get it fixed the soonest I could get in was 2-1/2 weeks. They said the shock was bad and they would have to order one. They said the shock would be there in a week and they would call to set up an appointment to get it fixed. 2 weeks went by and I called to see if the shock was in. The person I talked to said it showed up a couple days ago sorry we didn’t call.

A few years ago, I brought in my traverse for new brakes and rotors. The new brakes squealed and grinded. I brought it back to your place and was told the brakes were bad and they were replaced. In July of 2024 I purchased my 2024 new Traverse. One year later, after 20k miles I needed new brakes. When I brought in the beginning of August I was told I needed brakes and rotors. I got them replaced. Drove my vehicle to Wisconsin Dells and back. One week of having the brakes, they began to squeal and grind. I brought it back and was told the brakes were bad and they would over night brakes to replace them. I brought my car back the next day as instructed. After not hearing any communication, I called about 4:30 before leaving work to find out that the brakes never came and I would need to bring car back again when the brakes arrived. I brought my car back on September 5th and the brakes were replaced. Was an amazing week. One week to the day, my brakes are squealing with some intermittent grinding.

I had 2 experiences. 1st was an oil change and tire rotation service for the first time on the new car. The service was prompt and efficient and best of all was free as the first on the new car. The 2nd was when I got the car washed at a local car wash. After cleaning the mats and vacuuming the carpets I tried to put the car in gear to leave. The dash indicator showed it was in drive but it car would not move. After much frustration & trying everything I could think of I called the service manager at Heritage Chevrolet and he tried to talk me through things to try. After much trial and error he ask where I was located and said he would be there in 10 minutes. He arrived, got in and discovered that when replacing the floor mat on the driver's side the mat had hooked on the brake pedal resulting in the car not able to go in gear. My bad. While embarrassing, the episode only cost me time thanks to the Service managers great service. If there were 10 stars he would get them.

I told the service department something didn't feel right with my brakes. They were Jerry on occasion and the pressure of them had significantly changed. They told me they took my vehicle for a test drive and didn't notice anything. I then told them the feeling didn't happen all the time and asked if they checked the pads and other things associated. They told me no that they just test drove it. Here's my thing I was given no explanation as to why my brakes feel off and they refused to come up with one. All in all July experience with the service department was poor. Not to mention when I was originally sold the vehicle they owed me a second key and didn't bother to call me when that key arrived to be programmed. I had to call them and inquire about my key and they said "oops sorry thought I texted you." I'll have our scheduling department contact you." You'd think rather then saying oops thought I texted you they would have just had the scheduling department contact me to begin with.

This was very important to me as I had just paid to have this problem repaired on my vehicle. The serviced department helped me get reimbursed for this repair. Service has been fine with this exception. 4th time the vehicle has been in for service for AWD service alert. Service has tried to correct. Service Department ran out of options. Claim has been submitted to GM for resolution. Rating is poor due to repeat service issues and the sales department that sold the problematic vehicle. Customer is the victim. Customers has not owned this vehicle a single day without this issue and was purchased 3 months ago.
