I brough the vehicle in for service on the sunroof drains because it leaked inside the vehicle while going through a car wash. We dropped it off around 6:00AM before opening and stopped to check on picking it up around 12:30PM. We were told that it should be done right after lunch and would get a call. We finally received a call around 4:40PM and when we picked it up the exterior was covered in dried water spots that were not there when I dropped it off clean. Also after talking with the salesman about another issue for the XM radio trial subscription we both noticed a large 6 inch scratch in the paint above the drivers side window. He told us that he would call to have it buffed out since he know the scratch was not there before dropping the vehicle off. On a positive note. I was able to contact XM radio myself and get it started and the sun roof has not leaked since it was serviced. thank you.
